Mayor Joe McCasland
Joe was a council member and became Mayor from 2004-2006. He was re-elected and began his new term on January 1, 2008.
He is now a certified appraiser with NE Iowa Realty and drives school bus for South Winneshiek Schools.
He is a retired South Winneshiek Vocational-Ag teacher.
His wife Connie currently works part-time at Citizens Savings Bank in Spillville.
They have three grown children and 7 grandchildren.
